Are you overwhelmed, struggling to cope with difficult transitions, trauma, or loss? If so, I can help you get control of your life. Drawing from multiple psychological theories, I have an integrative approach to therapy tailoring my techniques and interventions to each unique client. Some of my primary modalities include art and creative expression, meditation, connection with nature, and cognitive-behavioral skills.
