My waitlist is currently closed. I do have spots available for my Parenting Classes or OCD Group Therapy for kids, teens or adults. I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults manage and decrease their anxiety. While anxiety can be a part of daily life, at times it becomes debilitating or distressing. I work with my clients to find a way to balance daily stress while still finding enjoyment in life. I utilize evidence-based practices that are based on science and measurable goals. I like my clients to feel involved in the process of choosing goals and measuring their own progress and successes.
