I believe healing happens through connection — both with ourselves and with the communities around us. We all have the capacity for resilience, self-acceptance, and more fulfilling relationships.
I’ve worked with individuals in Chicago and Los Angeles navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. Through this work, I’ve learned the importance of balancing compassion with gentle encouragement to help clients deepen self-awareness and build lives rooted in well-being, self-compassion, and authenticity.
In our work together, I offer a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space tailored to your unique needs. I integrate practical, supportive interventions while also believing that humor can be an important part of the healing process.
You don’t need to be in crisis or have a formal diagnosis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, we simply need support, perspective, and a place to feel heard as we move through life’s challenges and transitions.
