I work with women who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck as they move through life transitions — experiencing infertility, facing pregnancy loss, birth trauma, adjusting to motherhood, or navigating the ups and downs of life transitions including change in relationships. These seasons can be hard, but healing is possible. I have a passion to support other women navigate these transitions of life to establish fulfillment in life.
