About the role
We're seeking a fully licensed mental health counselor (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) trained in EMDR to join our practice. This is an independent contractor position with a hybrid schedule: two set in-person afternoons each week, plus a virtual caseload you build around your own availability. Split percentage commission, based on experience and existing case load.
What you'll do
- Provide individual therapy to adult clients, with EMDR as a core treatment modality for trauma, anxiety, and depression
- Openness to occasionally treating children and/or teens, depending on your experience and comfort level
- Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.)
- Coordinate care with referring providers as needed
- Maintain a caseload consistent with your availability and comfort level
Education and licensure
- Active Oregon license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
Requirements
- Active Oregon license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience with diverse individuals in a clinical setting
- Comfortable delivering both in-person and tele-health services
- Familiarity with integrative and holistic wellness approaches is a plus
Schedule and pay
- Schedule
- In-person: Wednesdays & Fridays, 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM, with weekend availability if interested. Virtual: Flexible, set your own hours outside of the in-person block.
