"I choose Me": Centering myself in the roles I carry
Are you a woman juggling multiple roles- partner, motherhood, and career? Are you struggling to find time for yourself? Are you wanting to have tools to center yourself in all that you do? The group is for women who juggle multiple roles of wife, mother, and professional women who are struggling to prioritize and center themselves amongst all their obligations. It is a 4-week virtual group. The group will accept payment of $40/per session or we accept Moda or Kaiser insurance.
