About Tougas Therapy
If you’ve tried the "big agencies" in the past and left feeling like just another number, Tougas Therapy offers the refreshing, personalized care you deserve. We are a growing group practice—currently featuring five dedicated therapists—specializing in compassionate mental health and substance use disorder counseling for adults and teens.
We intentionally reject the cookie-cutter, institutional feel of traditional clinics. By maintaining smaller caseloads, our counselors ensure you always feel deeply seen, heard, and prioritized. Our office provides a comfortable, quiet, and welcoming atmosphere designed to make healing feel personal, not clinical.
Expanding to Meet Your Needs
We are continuously growing to better serve our community. To ensure comprehensive care, we offer medication management services exclusively to our existing counseling clients. We are also actively expanding our team, with plans to grow our medication services and welcome a specialized youth therapist by October 2026.

We are currently prescribing only to existing therapy patients. We hope to expand this service by October 2026. Please note that any prescribed controlled substances will require in person appointments and can not be offered by telehealth.
