At Sonder Hope Counseling, we offer both individual and relationship counseling services to clients across the State of Oregon. Sonder Hope Counseling is a neurodivergent-affirming, relationally-focused counseling practice utilizing foundations of Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, and Feminist therapy approaches. We are committed to providing accessible and supportive counseling care to all.
Sonder Hope Counseling is owned and operated by Hannah Armstrong, M.A., NCC, a Professional Counselor Associate (#R11316) registered to practice in the State of Oregon. Hannah offers a wide range of sliding-scale, individualized and affordable rates to support client access to counseling services.
Currently, all appointments are offered via online telehealth (video-call) format.
