I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Silver Sparrow Therapy LLC, where I provide telehealth counseling for adults throughout Oregon. I know it can be hard to reach out, so I do my best to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely heard. I offer a warm, supportive space to talk through anxiety, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in practical tools from CBT, ACT, and DBT skills, while always keeping our work personal and tailored to you. I care deeply about helping people feel more understood, more steady, and more connected to themselves.
