About this practice
At Masabi Wellness, I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My counseling practice is a welcoming space for children, teens, adults, and families to explore life's challenges, rediscover their strengths, and find renewed hope.
Blending traditional counseling with creativity, compassion, humor, and evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Brainspotting, and expressive arts therapy, I honor each person's unique journey.
My heart is in helping people discover that even during life's most difficult seasons, there is room for growth, connection, and beautiful new beginnings.
