Hi there. I am glad you stopped by. My work with adults ages 21-85 in Oregon has been a win-win situation. With 18 years of experience helping adults address their desire to function better in their daily lives, I continue to grow in what I can offer; I am trained in EMDR (2019), completed Level One in (IFS) Internal Family Systems (2025), Trauma-focus CBT (2026) & am now enrolled in the IFS Level 2 training.
