In my practice, I provide compassionate, holistic mental health care tailored to each individual's unique needs. I draw from a broad range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed and Trauma-Focused care, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). My approach is integrative and eclectic, utilizing methods such as Motivational Interviewing, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples work.
