I utilize the most empirically-based psychological interventions ( EMDR, IFS, DBT), bring in ancient wisdom from spiritual texts around the world and use my direct attunement and communication with the client’s highest self to co-create the most relevant healing path for each client. Are you ready to embody your true core self? We hold within us the innate ability to reach optimum mental health and possess the ability to create our own healing and wholeness. My goal is to provide a warm, safe and non-judgmental environment in order to help you find your way on your healing journey. I believe mind, body and spirit are intrinsically bound together and feel if we look at ourselves from a perspective of compassion, we can use this knowledge, with the help of mind/body techniques, to move toward healing and whole health.
