Some have a history of abuse or neglect (emotional, physical, sexual, or spiritual), or were raised in homes where boundaries, roles, and expectations were rigid, confusing, or lacking. Clients often share a desire to live a more integrated life, leaving behind outgrown beliefs and patterns. I support clients in living with fewer “shoulds,” and with more curiosity, connection, peace and joy.
