Child and life span therapist. Life is full of transitions and can tug at our strings in search for identity and times of uncertainty that can increase anxiety, depression, and trigger previous trauma, that can get you feeling 'stuck' as an individual, a family, or in society. We tend to feel lost, unsure and stressed and lose our way towards healing on our own. Children can feel changes yet do not have the words to express how they feel. Put this together, it can become a cesspool of emotions for both the parent(s) and child with the need for solutions and relief. I work with both children and adults, parenting skills and attachment for the divorced families.

I work with all ages from all walks of life and ages through times of transition.I believe that applying integrative cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, and Somatic approach can be a stepping stone towards healing.For Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy.I also work with international third culture kids/adults.

It seems that we suffer when change happens where we don't really want it to, or, conversely, doesn't happen where we really want it to occur. In search of an identity in our lives can leave us feeling stuck while trying to push against the boulders. Instead, you can become a river, and change the boulders into pebbles.
