About Seth

As a therapist, I spend time understanding the client’s goals and intended outcomes in therapy. The foundations of therapy should replicate the foundation of any healthy relationship, built on transparency, openness, and direct feedback so that when success is found in therapy, it can be translated more easily to the real-life situations that the clients encounter. My clinical experiences has focused primarily on children and teens. I conducted trauma-informed therapy in a residential setting conducting individual, group, and family therapy for my clients. I was also an established individual therapist on a college baseball team.
