Welcome to a place where your whole Self will receive full attention. As a licensed therapist with 20+ years of experience in mental health, I offer a personalized, holistic approach to healing. I hold certifications in traditional therapies, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and my education is in transpersonal psychology. I’m trained in Brainspotting, which is an amazing, evidenced based practice to treat trauma.
