Many of my clients are navigating upheavals—whether arising from loss, the transition to parenthood, illness, or major life changes—and are seeking a compassionate and non-judgmental space to integrate their experience and find an intentional path forward. Often they are people who appear to have it all together on the outside, but are struggling within. My approach to psychotherapy is integrative and trauma-informed, and grounded in a holistic understanding of well-being. I am passionate about supporting people as they hold big feelings and big questions, and honor the innate resilience of each individual.
