I'm a WPATH-trained gender therapist and love working with the TGD community. Right now, I work with individual adults and groups. Specialties include ENM/poly people, neurodiversity, women and nonbinary people in tech, social anxiety, and career coaching. I've also worked for over a decade with folks dealing with schizophrenia and chaotic homelessness, and I miss that work a lot.
Clinical Supervisor
Nationally certified supervisor (ACS) through NBCC in 2017. Currently open to working with PCA and MFTA supervisees through the Oregon Board. I've played in the sandbox of REBT, I'm trained in structured prolonged exposure (especially imagery rescripting), I'm certified in NLP (spoiler: it's bullshit!), I dig reading research journals on brain science and... I pretty much exclusively work from a person-centered point of view. Not "active listening," although I do that - I mean trusting the expert in the room (the client looking to make changes) to grow ever more connected and complicated through the process of staying present and attuned. Although I don't do relationship therapy or IFS, I really dig supporting new counselors interested in those modalities figure out what they want out of that work. Email me for a free consult :)
