I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Ph.D. in Counseling, Counselor Education and Supervision, with 10+ years of experience spanning first responder behavioral health, peer support clinical supervision, program administration, counselor education, and state contract service delivery. I currently serve as Clinical Supervisor for Peer Support Programs and Wellbeing Specialist for Oregon State Contracts at Responder Life, where I oversee CISM/CISD operations across multiple law enforcement, fire, EMS, and corrections agencies delivering direct wellbeing services to public sector employees. I build peer support programs that move first responders from surviving to thriving. I bring the clinical credentials, published research, and program leadership experience to do it at scale
