About Melissa

Do you ever have the experience where one part of you says one thing and another part says something completely different? Do you ever feel disconnected from your inner strengths and truth? Through trauma, emotional wounding, and living in a troubled world, we can all find ourselves feeling out of sync with who we really are deep down. I believe that at the core of every person, there is a wise Self that drives us towards healing. I help my clients connect with that Self energy via Internal Family Systems and other approaches so they can live more from Self and be in good relationship with all their parts.
