In private practice telehealth as an LCSW statewide across Oregon, Georgia, Washington and North Carolina. With a passion for helping clients achieve authentic growth and wellness, and over 30 years of experience in human services, my approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, compassion, and collaboration.
My areas of focus are anxiety, BPD, gender, sexuality, grief/ loss, trauma, and life transitions; with an approach that is neuro inclusive. I believe that our experiences, life connections, and environments, often impact how we move through the world in both challenging and supportive ways, and that we can learn more about ourselves through them.
I use evidence-based techniques including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to support my clients on their journey. Together we can explore your goals and work toward achieving them.
