I am trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR) both of which help clients experience meaningful relief from pain and build more resilient lives. In our work together,we'lll work on untangling the ways the past still shapes your present, empowering you to respond to old triggers in ways that feel true and self-affirming. I specialize in working with trauma (with a focus on DV and sexual trauma), complex grief and loss, abandonment wounds, and life transitions.
