I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to explore what may be at the root of your distress. I believe each of us has a natural capacity to heal, and my role is to help you identify and remove the obstacles that stand in the way of your health, growth, empowerment and well-being. I specialize in trauma, single events (like a car accident) or more complex experiences (like growing up in a dysfunctional family). Sometimes symptoms present as anxiety, depression, chronic illness or pain. Whatever the presentation or current struggles, I am here to help unburden what weighs you down.
