About Margarita
I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of relational and emotional experiences. I often work with clients who experience attachment insecurity, low self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, sex-related issues, anger, and ADHD. Clients who work with me often walk away with greater insight into their emotions, increased confidence in expressing their needs, and a renewed sense of agency in their relationships and daily lives.
With couples, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners express themselves more fully, feel supported and understood, and shift from a “me vs. you” stance to a collaborative “us vs. the problem” approach. With individuals, I integrate Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) to deepen emotional understanding, build inner clarity, and foster a
I believe that so much of what shapes our daily lives is rooted in relationships – those we build with others, and just as importantly, the one we hold with ourselves. Life can be messy, and the histories we carry can feel overwhelming. I see clients as the experts of their own lives, where my role is to listen closely, follow your lead, and support you.

Currently accepting new clients for NeuroFeedback only! Trauma isn't measured by what happened to you, it's measured by the internal impact left disrupting your wellbeing. I specialize in Trauma & Attachment therapy. My approach utilizes trauma interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), & Internal Family Systems (IFS) in combination with talk therapy and a strong relationship. Trauma can be a single event incident, childhood wounds from neglect and/or abuse, religious trauma, gender identity/LGBTQIA+ trauma and more. Those who suffer from trauma often struggle to control emotions, lack self-regulation, and face difficulties in relationships.
