You're probably dealing with some difficult issues, being human is hard. I get it; life isn’t always easy to navigate and being human can be hard at times. I want you to know you are not alone, though I know it often feels like you are, boy do I know. I'm here to support you if you decide to give me the opportunity and if it not, I'll still attempt to support you somehow. I like to start weekly to build rapport and trust or every other week if needed because my main belief is in the therapeutic alliance/relationship. I strongly believe my role as a therapist, metaphorically speaking is this: you are the author, and I am the editor.
