About Lilly

I have witnessed the human capacity to heal and transform, and know, without a doubt, that all humans have the capacity to release what is no longer needed. I support adults to release deeply rooted emotion, and trauma patterns that have been stuck in their nervous systems. I provide a relational and compassionate exploration, into the unconscious storage space, through the body. So many parts of self, and behavior patterns, were developed overtime as a response to social unsafety, attachment injury, and larger social messages that who we are is not enough. I focus more on understanding why certain behaviors, parts, and emotions were, and are needed as a protection, rather than to pathologize or force change. The result of using self-compassion and increasing clarity of these parts and patterns, is that change occurs organically and gently overtime.

My practice is rooted in somatic psychology, somatic experiencing, integrative parts work, Internal Family Systems, and depth psychology. Jungian psychology is also sprinkled in; using imagery, dreams, and facilitating deeply rejected parts of self to surface into consciousness.

My own experience of exploring the unconscious, through the body, has lead me to understand that it is highly intelligent and has the capacity to release anything. I facilitate the identification of needs, boundaries, desires, and ways of communicating that are simple and authentic.

Our unique bodies, guide us to a deeper understanding of who we are at the core, and mysteriously unravel the social conditioning that has kept many of us feeling unworthy, unsafe, anxious, restless, unseen, and afraid. I incorporate the influence of generational trauma and patterns, impact of larger oppressive systemic systems, shared collective patterns, and childhood environments into my work with individuals- "We cannot understand the waves, without knowing the ocean."

My area of focus in on PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, identity formation, attachment injury, exploration of consciousness, physchospiritual experiences, and grief and loss. I am drawn to work with folks on the autistic spectrum, those whom experience chronic health conditions, Queer folks, and many folks who do not feel as if they fit into the world's limited expectations of them.

This is a process of exploration, understanding, compassion, and release. This is a process of stepping into a more compassionate relationship with yourself. This is a process of understanding the complexity, contradiction, and vastness of your human self. This has the possibility of clarifying the simple and innocent conscious essence of who you are.
