About Lara

As a therapist, I understand how overwhelming and challenging life can become at times. Finding a therapist that’s the right fit for you is important. My goal is to seek to understand you and your needs so that I can support you in moving towards your desired goals. I believe that each client has the gifts and strengths they need to be successful. When we hit “stuck spots” it can be challenging to recognize those gifts. I see myself as a life coach, marriage counselor, parenting coach, and personal therapist. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with compassion so that therapy can be a safe space to heal and move forward.
