I support those who are experiencing recurring conflict in their relationships. I offer individual and relational therapy to help you feel more secure and connected, both within your partnerships and within yourself. If you're feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck, we will work together to help you feel more at home with yourself and those who matter most to you.

My approach integrates several modalities. Through EFT, we explore your relational dynamics with others, with mindful self-compassion, we nurture a kinder relationship with self, and with EMDR, we work to reprocess past experiences and patterns that are still impacting you in the present. As a French-Persian American therapist, my approach is also culturally informed and aware of the systems and structures we were socialized in. I honor the fact that each person processes the world in their own way, and I aim to help you build tools for healing and growth while feeling seen, heard, and affirmed.

The resilience of the human spirit inspires me, and it is a privilege to witness the transformative power of human connection. I believe that just as we can be wounded in relationships, we can also heal in them. My approach to therapy centers the relationship between client and therapist as a space of non-judgment, compassion, and an opportunity to process and make sense of the challenges you face. I have a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Northwestern University and completed an externship and core skills training in EFT, as well as advanced training in EMDR and Mindful Self-Compassion.
