I appreciate a resilient, hopeful and willing client. Whether that is processing trauma, healing from addictions, discussing abuse or mental health challenges. I offer a person centered, trauma-informed care type of therapeutic dynamic. I work hard to establish rapport with my patients. Trust is key and in our session you can expect to be heard, understood and challenged all at the same time. One of my asset's as a clinician is my ability to asses and evaluate. This begins with exploring childhood, following the timeline into adulthood identifying patterns/triggers/thoughts/feelings/consequences & outcomes.
