Accelerated Resolution Therapy is FANtasTiC for trauma and/or all things PTSD. Each trauma typically requires 1-3 therapeutic sessions (1-2 hours eac). BEST part is that you DON'T have to talk about the trauma! Your choice! First responders, military, abuse victims, childhood trauma, etc., can be addressed using ART... no matter how "small" or large. Kendra is Master, Enhanced, and Basic certified in ART, and has over 1000 sessions with quantifiable positive results in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Laney Rozenweig is the founder, and her TEDx video explaining more is available on my website or via a web search.
 
I can TEACH fellow mental health providers ART, and I offer this as a therapy for my clients.  Why? Once a teacher, always a teacher...and this there is so much healing that can be done!

All things trauma, but also "regular" talk therapy is offered. Recurring nightmares? Can't UNSEE something...please try ART. Kendra grew up as a military brat and has a deep personal understanding of PTSD, bipolar disorder, autism, and schizophrenia. Huge fan of helping educate society to handle their emotions healthily, starting at a young age.
Kendra works with people of all backgrounds and is happy to welcome anyone who identifies as part of any racial, ethnic, religious, or sexual minority group. Ages 10-110+. Clients frequently comment on her bluntness, humor, and positive outlook on potential diagnoses. A diagnosis should never define you!
