We will all die someday - and yet, we often forget to live while we are alive. We are all born into circumstances beyond our control, and many of us do not get what we need in the crucial years of development. We find beautifully creative ways to adapt in service of our survival, only to become unconsciously stuck in rigid postures and patterns that keep us defended, reactive, and deeply unsatisfied as we move through the ever-changing conditions of our lives. In our work together, I can help you to increase your awareness of these patterns, review the scripts you've been given, and increase your capacity for agency and choice.
