I use evidence-based therapeutic modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and MI. I'm honored to walk the healing journey alongside my clients and offer support to those navigating life's challenges. I use a strengths-based, client-centered approach that allows individuals to guide their self-exploration and growth at a pace that is true and authentic for them. I offer individual therapy to folks ages 18 plus facing a myriad of life experiences including: parenting, transitions, aging, perimenopause, pregnancy and postpartum, grief and loss, creating a healthy work/life balance, low self-esteem and self-worth, relationship challenges, and first generation college students.
