I work from a Restoration Therapy approach, where we pay attention to what is actually happening in the moment, not just what you describe after the fact. In session, we slow things down as they unfold. When emotion rises, when you shut down, when you feel yourself react or withdraw, we stay with that process together so it becomes visible, workable, and understandable in real time.

My background in community mental health and crisis settings shaped how I work now: steady, grounded, and present with people in moments that feel intense or uncertain. I focus on helping you build awareness in the middle of experience, not just insight about it afterward, so change becomes something you can actually practice, not just understand.
