I believe everyone has the capacity to heal and grow by connecting more deeply with their internal world, and strengthening meaningful connections with others. My approach helps integrate emotional resilience, self compassion, and navigating life’s challenges with greater ease. I value the therapeutic relationship as a safe, trusting space where lasting transformation can occur. I counsel adults in a private practice setting, as well as teach a variety of psychoeducational classes.
