About Jim

I am passionate about working with people experiencing anxiety and struggling with self esteem and I understand the confusion and loneliness it can cause. I believe internal conflict often stems from avoiding different fears and discomforts, which leads to unrealistic expectations and self judgment. I use an approach called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to increase awareness of emotions and values with the goal of knowing and accepting all parts of yourself. I hope to guide you to be able to be present and feel connected to the people and things you care about once again.
