I work with individuals and couples who want to create more fulfilling, connected, and authentic relationships. My work focuses on the intersection of relationships, intimacy, and sexuality, helping people better understand what they want, communicate their needs, and navigate the ways relationships and desire evolve over time.
As a couples therapist, I help partners work through disconnection, communication difficulties, differences in desire, and other challenges with emotional or sexual intimacy.
As a sex therapist, I work with individuals and couples around concerns such as low desire, mismatched desire with partner(s), sexual communication, intimacy, sexual self-discovery, and changes across relationships and life stages. I approach sexuality with curiosity rather than pathology, creating space to explore desires, values, boundaries, and what intimacy means to you.
I also work with individuals navigating relationship challenges, that are engaging in therapy on their own rather than with a partner, or in addition to couples therapy. My approach is warm, collaborative, nonjudgmental, and grounded in evidence-based relationship and sex therapy. I believe therapy can help you develop greater self-awareness, communicate more openly, and create relationships that feel more aligned with who you are and what you value.
