As life unfolds, each new stage and role can bring on feelings of inadequacy and doubt. It is not uncommon for a person to feel stuck or lost during this time. When self-worth and a sense of belonging are being negatively questioned, that belief system can ultimately be rerouted with a serious commitment to the therapy process. By becoming aware of redundant destructive patterns, addressing unresolved traumas and noticing where trauma responses are stuck in the nervous system, one can begin to shift beliefs in the self and others.
