I work with young adults, LGBTQIA+ community members, military members, veterans, and their families, as well as young adults navigating questions or challenges with identity and intergenerational dynamics. I offer therapy that is affirming, culturally responsive, and grounded in transparency and clear boundaries. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy with particular expertise in childhood trauma, sexual abuse, intergenerational trauma, and relational wounds. Although these are my passion areas and specialties, I am happy to work with a wide range of people with different types of needs and struggles.
My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be intentional, structured, and goal-oriented. I do not approach therapy as a “forever” process, I believe significant growth can occur quickly when work is clear, collaborative, and purpose-driven.
Therapy can feel hard, exhausting emotionally, and require sacrifice. I believe that harnessing humor and creativity will provide the path to the ultimate goal of personal development and make the journey a bit easier to navigate together.
