As humans, we are wired to grow into whole, integrated beings. The mind and body are designed to be connected in a way that allows us to be in touch with our desires and needs, allowing us to pursue our unique path to a fulfilling life. Unfortunately, this path to integration can be severed and we can disconnect from our bodies, our desires, and our needs in order to survive or accommodate others. This disintegration can lead to chronic pain/illness, depression, anxiety, difficulty in relationships, a sense of isolation, and a decreased capacity for emotions. I am honored to join my clients in the process of healing these wounds.
