I utilize feminist and anti-racist therapy, parts work, EMDR, and narrative therapy. My name is Grace, and I am a white queer woman offering Telehealth therapy from Portland, Oregon. I specialize in working with folks on topics such as: disordered eating and body image, sexuality and gender identity, childhood trauma, neurodivergence, chronic illness, and foster care and adoption. I believe that therapy is political and that systemic oppression is an ongoing trauma that must be acknowledged in the therapeutic relationship.
