At the Mind Body Therapy Center in Portland, OR, I work with people experiencing chronic pain or medically unexplained symptoms, as well as those who are suffering from health-related anxiety or OCD. I use five primary evidence-based forms of therapy: Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), Intensive Short-Term Psychodynamic Therapy (ISTDP), Exposure and Response Prevention, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My work is personalized to each client's unique challenges and goals.
