Looking for a relational and authentic therapist who's just as human as you are? You've come to the right place! I work from an empowering, neurodiversity-affirming lens, and I love helping my clients create a life that is most aligned with their personal values and authentic self. My approach integrates body-based (somatic) therapies, parts work, and creative expression. I try to meet you where you're at and strike a balance between helping you feel safe "enough" and challenged "enough" to help you grow, however you define growth for yourself. I also work with kids in person at my group practice called The Real Work in Beaverton.
