About
I specialize in working with couples, and adult children wanting to reconnect with their parents. In any relationship it is common to face challenges and conflicts they may feel overwhelming. As a couple you may encounter road blocks as you face the challenges of betrayal, decision making, or simply navigating daily life. As adult children looking to reconnect with your parents, there may be unhealed issues and traumas interfering with moving forward as a family. Whether you are seeking couples or family therapy, I am here to help you improve communication, increase understanding, and find your way back to each other.
I am trauma-informed and a systems thinker. I draw from Gottman, internal family systems, relational life therapy and emotion focused techniques. I have expertise and experience working with gender diverse individuals and their families and have certificate-level training in trauma, autism spectrum disorder, and sex informed couples therapies.
