I provide affirming and culturally-responsive space for those experiencing identity-based oppression and marginalization using an integrated, and empirically supported, approach of mindfulness, systems, and interpersonal process therapy rooted in intersectional feminism and multicultural backgrounds. This highly collaborative approach centers on empowerment of unique needs, strengths, and specific healing goals. I hope to help clients reduce distress, focus on personal growth, improve relationships, and build self-curiosity and compassion.
