I work with people who are ready to feel more grounded, more connected, and more like themselves. I have particular skills in working with LGBTQ+ and multiply marginalized clients. I am neurodiversity-affirming, use an attachment-based lens, and provide letters for gender-affirming medical services. I offer CNM-inclusive relationship therapy using EFT.

 

I bring a warm, relational, trauma-informed approach that honors your wisdom and your goals.
