I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Doctor of Nursing Practice with over 18 years of experience in healthcare. I provide thoughtful, personalized psychiatric care for people 18 and over.
My clinical background includes working in a high-risk psychiatric program, where I supported individuals with complex mental health needs through intensive, coordinated care. I have a experience in perinatal care, helping patients through pregnancy, loss, and growing into new parents during parenthood during the postpartum time.
In addition to my clinical work, I’m involved in mental health research and innovation through the University of Oregon, contributing to a deeper understanding of psychiatric conditions and effective treatments.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and whole-person focused. With training in integrative care, I incorporate evidence-based medication management alongside attention to sleep, nutrition, and lifestyle factors. Together, we’ll create a plan that aligns with your goals—whether that’s feeling more stable, improving daily functioning, or navigating a specific life transition.
I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered in your mental health journey.
