My practice provides individual, couple, and family counseling with a strong commitment to the wellness, histories, and lived experiences of Black people and Black communities. For many, exploring racial trauma and the impact of systemic stress is an essential part of the healing process. Counseling offers a safe, grounded space to address what needs attention in a healthy, honest, and empowering way.
