Do you feel stuck in the same repeating cycle—arguments that go nowhere, emotional distance, or silence that replaces real connection? Perhaps you feel trapped in anxiety, depression, or grief that doesn’t seem to go away. For more than 20 years, I’ve helped couples and adult individuals break out of these patterns, improve communication, rebuild trust and emotional connection, and work through personal challenges. Your story doesn’t have to remain defined by the challenges you’re facing today.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Oregon and Colorado, I currently live and practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Before making Colorado home, I lived and practiced in Oregon, and I continue to provide secure, confidential telehealth services to clients throughout Oregon. My experience in both states has given me an appreciation for the unique experiences and perspectives that shape how we navigate relationships, personal challenges, and life transitions.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems within a client-centered perspective. I believe effective therapy involves more than temporary fixes. Together, we’ll work to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop meaningful, lasting ways to engage with yourself, your relationships, and your life.
With more than two decades of experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals and couples navigate difficult seasons, discover new possibilities, and create meaningful change. If you’re looking for hope, understanding, encouragement, and practical guidance, I’m here to help.
