Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected- from themselves, their bodies, or their relationships- and wanting something to shift. I offer trauma-informed, relational therapy to clients seeking deeper self understanding, healthier relationships, and more sustainable ways of coping. Therapy is a collaborative and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences without judgement. I especially enjoy working with artists and creatives, drawing from my own background as a dance artist and a strong appreciation for the mind-body connection.
